Farm Systems is looking for an Account Manager and Consultant that will be covering areas across Minnesota to maintain and grow sales within herds throughout the Farm Systems Territory. Also, to carry out on-farm Parlor, Robotic, and Data consulting and development of innovative tools and programs.

As part of the URUS Corporate Development team, the New Products Manager –Strategic Health and Nutrition(NPM-SHN) is responsible for identifying, vetting, and globally launching/managing a portfolio of high-value, health/nutrition-related bovine products that span beyond URUS’ core genetic business. Such products will fulfill unmet customer needs in dairy and beef cattle management, focusing primarily on additives/supplements and intelligent diagnostics with low regulatory bars, high differentiation, and global market potential. Solutions will target core areas that align closely with URUS’ vision including reproductive/transition health, calf management, methane abatement, and early disease detection.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with potential customers, working closely with the CEO. As the Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in the development of new business opportunities that support SCCL’s overall growth strategy in Europe. We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales, and a proven track record of success, who takes a hands-on approach to build business opportunities.

The URUS Management Trainee Program creates an expanded talent pool to develop future managers for URUS. This program will create new paths into URUS and URUS companies for highly ambitious leaders. The URUS Management Trainee Program is designed for fanatically driven, results-focused, high-impact performers that are early in their professional journeys and aiming to accelerate into leadership positions to ultimately create long-term careers. The program features 2-3 rotations at 9-12 months each in various parts of the organization with full-time management-level placement after the program. Senior leaders and executive team members serve as coaches and mentors to help program participants gain valuable on-the-job learning and development.

The Alta People Development Manager is responsible for building and implementing trainings for global Alta staff, clients, and partners. The successful candidate is a results-oriented leader with a passion for growing people and teams in the dairy industry, catalyzing culture, and ultimately creating sustained value for dairies across the globe.
