To fulfill URUS’ ambitious growth strategy, we need top talent to lead our organizations in the future. The URUS Management Trainee Program creates an expanded talent pool to develop future managers for URUS. This program will create new paths into URUS and URUS companies for highly ambitious leaders. The URUS Management Trainee Program is designed for fanatically driven, results-focused, high-impact performers that are early in their professional journeys and aiming to accelerate into leadership positions to ultimately create long-term careers. The program features 2-3 rotations at 9-12 months each in various parts of the organization with full-time management-level placement after the program. Senior leaders and executive team members serve as coaches and mentors to help program participants gain valuable on-the-job learning and development.

GENEX is seeking a VP of Wholesale Markets to be a part of the executive management team at GENEX.  This successful candidate will lead the wholesale team and direct sales to distributors globally for GENEX in such a manner it expands market share and margin opportunities and meet or beat yearly budgets.  As well as develop and execute the annual business plan for the wholesale department in such a manner it puts staff and distributors in the position to be successful and grow the GENEX sales footprint.

URUS  drives its business through its people. URUS people create value for customers by delivering honest and fact-based consultancy on genetic improvement and progress. Crucial for genetic advice are the tools that provide insights into herd operations and genetics.  The URUS Program Director will support the design, development, implementation, and users of these tools. He or she aligns our tools to users’ needs in close cooperation with Product Managers and the Product Development Manager at Alta Genetics, GENEX and VAS.

The Alta People Development Manager is responsible for building and implementing trainings for global Alta staff, clients, and partners. The successful candidate is a results-oriented leader with a passion for growing people and teams in the dairy industry, catalyzing culture, and ultimately creating sustained value for dairies across the globe.

GENEX is seeking a Vice President Finance (VP Finance).  The successful candidate will provide timely and accurate financial planning and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders and will oversee our accounting operations. Serve as a financial advisor to the Executive team, including recommendations to improve our operations and results.
